The Old City

On the last days of break, Rachel and I went to the Old City and I actually brought my camera. We entered through the Jaffa Gate (which takes you immediately to the Armenian Quarter. The Jaffa Gate also has free tours every day (to my knowledge they are the only gate that does this). It's also easy to get there by bus and it's close to the Mamilla Mall and Ben Yehuda if you want to do some shopping.

I really really like the Old City and I definitely recommend going and checking out the markets and ALL the holy sites you can see. We looked at all four markets (Christian, Muslim, Armenian, and Jewish) and the Jewish, Christian, and Armenian Quarters before Rachel got tired and decided to call it a day. I was willing to stay longer. Anyway, I don't really know what to say about the Old City, so here are some pictures:
